At E1P, we back every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We want you training in gear you love — and if it's not working for you, we're here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

Timeframes

  • Returns for refund: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Exchanges or store credit: 30 days from the date of purchase

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, tan, or any visible marks
  • In resalable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team within the eligible timeframe:

  1. Email us at support@e1p.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit

  • Store credit is available as an alternative to a refund and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
  • Store credit has no handling fee and never expires within the validity period

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — E1P is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Sale Items

  • Items purchased during a sitewide sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only — refunds are not available
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and briefs
  • Socks
  • Any item marked as Final Sale

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at support@e1p.shop within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will cover return shipping for all faulty or incorrectly sent items and will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at your preference.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply at all times. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
